Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull



 

 

Ordinarily, the trailer of a new movie gets people excited and eager for the release of the actual film. But only an Indiana Jones film can have millions of people going crazy just to get a taste of the trailer let alone the movie. Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, the fourth Indiana Jones film is set to release on May 22, 2008. The only official poster that has been released is that of the characteristic fedora hat and trademark whip of Indiana Jones resting on a crate marked “property of Dr. Jones”.

 It’s speculated that the Indiana Jones preview might be released either on this year’s Thanksgiving or sometime during the holiday season in late December. The Crystal Skull film, slated to be one of the most eagerly awaited movies of 2008, has already had its share of controversy with the report of an extra from the Indiana Jones film leaking certain storylines about the Indiana Jones Crystal Skull connection. However, the plot of the Crystal Skull film is still secure and the filmmakers Steven Spielberg and George Lucas promise it to be the most adventurous one of all the Indiana Jones films.

 Looking back at the previous movies, the Indiana Jones trailers have always been packed with stupendous action- far more action than certain full-length action movies featured. And all three movies delivered on the absolute thrill ride the trailers promised. When the trailer of Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull finally comes out, the excruciating wait of all the fans to get a glimpse of the latest adventure of their favorite archaeologist will be satiated to an extent.
